Commercial and industrial oil fired unit heaters are commonly used in factories, warehouses, boiler rooms, and other large spaces. With a small, compact design, these units are typically mounted on the ceiling to help you save space on the floor and wall, and you can use several of them to efficiently heat an especially large room. Known for thermal efficiency and a long life in service, oil fired heaters are a great choice, particularly when propane and natural gas aren't readily available.

At NorthStock, we carry oil fired unit heaters from trusted manufacturers like Beacon Morris, Modine, Sterling, and Lanair. Take a look at the models we have available:

We carry both clean oil and waste oil fired heaters to help you find the the best comfort and heating efficiency for your facility. These units are factory assembled with features like corrosion resistant aluminized steel, automatic operation, removable access doors, and more:

No. 1 and No. 2 Oil Fired Unit Heaters

These oil fired heaters are pre-wired, fire tested, and UL listed for fuel oil grade No. 1 or No. 2. If you live in an area where natural gas or other fuels are unavailable or undependable, clean oil fired heaters offer excellent thermal efficiency and reliability. These units are available in a variety of sizes, with features like 16-gauge heat exchangers, enamel jacketry, two-stage fuel pumps, fan limit control, and adjustable discharge air louvers. Rugged construction and ease of maintenance allow for a long life. Choose from optional accessories like wall-mounted thermostats and combustion air adapter kits.

Some clean oil fired heaters require a qualified installer. If this is the case, you will be asked to confirm at purchase that you are a qualified installer or that you will hire one.

Waste Oil Heaters

These innovative units use waste oil to heat your facility. With advanced burner technology and the latest lean manufacturing efficiencies, waste oil fired heaters are economical and energy efficient, and they give you a smart way to recycle oil waste. Not only are they efficient, they also help you save money because you don't have to find another way to haul off and dispose of that oil.

These commercial and industrial heaters can be fueled by waste oil (used crankcase oil up to 50 wt), used synthetic oil, used No. 1 and No. 2 fuel oil, used C.C. synthetic ATF No. 1 and No. 2, and used automatic transmission fluid. You should not use hazardous waste, brake fluid, or used cooking oil. Hazardous waste and brake fluid are illegal to burn in a waste oil heater. As of now, there is no UL safety standard for the use of cooking oil in a waste oil heater, and it should not be used.

Heat small garages with a 75,000 Btu/h unit that can fit in the corner of the room, or go big with a model that can produce up to 300,000 Btu/h.
