Description:

The Honeywell 116931 is a replacement coil for V48A Series Diaphragm Gas Valve with 120V and 60Hz power rating.  The coil has two 6" Black lead wires which are used to connect the valve actuator and external wire.  When connecting the wires, solderless connectors are recommended. In a situation where the diaphragm gas valve does not open after troubleshooting, coil replacement is the last option.  When changing the coil assembly, remember to open the master switch first in order to remove power from the valve actuator.  If the valve still does not open, valve replacement is needed.
