Modine C Hydronic Cabinet Unit Heater Features:

- Exposed floor mount unit. Choose from 2 air flow configurations.
- 2 tilt type access doors standard on each end compartment. Optional Key locks available.
- Standard 1 row steam or hot water coil.
- Optional high capacity 2, 3 and 4 row hot water coils are available.
- Optional high capacity 2 and 3 row chilled water coils are available and include condensate drain pans.
- Heat/Cool (hot water / chilled water) are for 2 pipe systems only, 4 pipe units NOT available.
- Quiet forward curved blowers.
- Variable speed motors with built in thermal overloads and solid state speed controls.
- Many motors to choose from; standard, high efficiency, ECM and high static.
- 3 and 4 row coils require the use of high static motors.
- Stamped louvers for air inlet and outlet. Optional bar grilles and louvers are available.
- Standard phillips head secured front covers. Optional tamperproof spanner heads and key locks are available.
- Cleanable aluminum filters.
- Sound dampening insulation on heavy duty 16 gauge front panels.
- Optional rear fresh air intake with duct collar opening or 115V motorized damper.

Additional Information
Modine cabinet unit heaters effectively make each area served an independent heating zone. Through thermostatic control of heater operations, conditions can change to suit diverse requirements or activities. Optional controls along with outside and return-air dampers are available to provide for ventilation and recirculation of room air.
 
Modine cabinet unit heaters are available in a choice of two models and eight sizes to properly match units to job requirements. This versatility eliminates compromising architecture or design. Reusing existing piping and/or wiring can offer significant cost savings during building modernizations.
