The GE AZHS12DRXXA Zoneline PTAC heat pump is designed to provide dependable heating and cooling for hotels, apartments, senior living facilities, dormitories, and other multi-room commercial environments. This 12,000 BTU packaged terminal air conditioner uses environmentally friendly R454B refrigerant and features Internal Condensate Removal (ICR), which helps manage moisture by directing condensate to the indoor coil during operation. The integrated heat pump provides efficient heating down to 25°F, while boost heat and supplemental resistance heat help maintain comfort during colder conditions. Electronic touch controls with an LED display offer simple operation, and the baked-on mastic sound barrier helps reduce operating noise for quieter room performance. Additional features such as Smart Fan fan cycle control, reverse cycle defrost, automatic emergency heat, freeze sentinel protection, and quick heat recovery help maintain stable indoor temperatures and reliable system performance.
