The Ebac RM40-SH is a compact, stand-alone dehumidifier designed to provide quiet, maintenance-free humidity control in both residential and industrial environments. Engineered for durability, it features a rugged construction, integral adjustable humidistat, and a high-efficiency refrigeration system with hot gas defrost to prevent coil freeze-up and maintain performance in low-temperature conditions. Moist air is drawn across a cold evaporator coil where moisture condenses and is removed via a gravity drain, allowing for continuous, unattended operation. With automatic shutoff when the desired humidity level is reached, the RM40-SH is ideal for basements, crawl spaces, warehouses, and restoration applications where reliable moisture control is required.
