One single dose of this product treats and protects a larger sized property with a heating system of 34 US Gallons of system water (16 radiators) and the equivalent of 2690 sq ft of underfloor heating. Fernox Protector+ Filter Fluid F9 Express can be dispensed directly into a radiator air vent, system filling loop, or via a TF1 Filter using the appropriate adapter supplied with the product. Fernox Express takes less then 30 seconds to dose the system without the need to drain down the system, saving time on-site. If dosing via a TF1 Filter, the filter should be empytied of any collected contaminants prior to treating with Protector+ Filter Fluid F9. It takes less than 2 minutes to clean in situ. Simply Isolate the filter, remove the magnet from the sheath, open the drain valve and dispose of the contaminants before replacing the magnet and closing the drain valve. Fernox Protector+ Filter Fluid F9 Express should remain in the system. It is not suitable for use in microbore systems. In single feed indirect cylinder, e.g. Primatic systems or similar, potable water chemicals must be used. For heavily sludged systems or new installations, Fernox recommends cleaning and flushing using Fernox Cleaner F3 or Power Cleaner F8 before treating with inhibitor. Protector+ Filter Fluid F9 must be used in combination with an inline system filter. The installation of a system, or new boiler should comply with all local legislation and regulations.
