TF140-EC Tranquil Bathroom Fan features an electronically commutated (EC) motor that provides superior ventilation and efficient performance. This versatile fan can be installed as a traditional bathroom fan. Alternatively, it can be configured to operate continuously at a low airflow rate to improve indoor air quality (IAQ). When the fan’s humidity sensor detects a change in environmental conditions, the fan will boost automatically to a maximum pre-set desired airflow. Toggle-switch positioning determines the maximum desired airflow rate, ranging from 80 to 140 cfm. The built-in time delay, humidity sensor and motion sensor simplify operation.
