Additional Features:
The Beacon Morris J37R06754 Inshot Burner is a direct replacement combustion component engineered for TF and GF Series 100-400 MBH unit heaters with direct spark ignition, as well as SF Series 100-400 MBH and TC and SC Series 100-400 MBH models, where it serves as the primary fuel-air delivery assembly that channels the gas-air mixture into the heat exchanger for clean, controlled combustion. Constructed entirely from 304L stainless steel, the burner features a contoured one-piece shell with an integrated venturi throat and a perforated ceramic flame head at the discharge end, designed to distribute flame uniformly across the firing surface while resisting the corrosion, scaling, and thermal fatigue typical of high-cycle heating environments. In operation, gas enters through the venturi where it draws in primary combustion air, travels the length of the stainless body, and ignites at the ceramic head to produce a stable, evenly distributed blue flame that drives consistent heat transfer, reliable ignition response, and dependable performance across the full 100-400 MBH output range of compatible Beacon Morris unit heaters.
