The heater keeps on radiating warmth, even after the thermostat shuts off, due to its fluid-immersed, sealed heating element. Its low-profile design makes it a perfect fit for bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and dens. This heater is UL Listed for safe operation on flooring, tile or carpet, and its thermal cutoff function prevents overheating.
QMark HBB Electric Hydronic Baseboard Heater Series Features:
- Durable Navajo White color textured powder coat finish.
- Electric heating element is partially submerged in an inert heat transfer fluid totally sealed in a large 7/8" diameter pipe with large Aluminum fins spanning the length of the heater. This thermal mass transfers heat evenly across the entire length of the heater, providing uniform warmth with longer heat retention and minimal temperature variation.
- Heater mounts flush to wall and flat on wood, tile, or carpet.
- Pre-notched mounting guide marks in cabinet rear.
- Power supply connection may be made at either end of baseboard.
- Low surface temperatures.
- Safety cutout shuts down heater in the event of overheating.
