Bray MKL2-C025/DS24-180 2 Way High Performance Butterfly Valve, 2-1/2 Inch, 24 VAC / VDC Spring Return Actuator.

High performance butterfly valve model MKL2-C025 features:
- 2-1/2 inch.
- 65 mm.
- 285 PSI close-off.
- 90 degree 160 Cv.
- 60 degree 78 Cv.
- 2-way flow.
- Normally closed.
- ANSI class 150.
- Double offset stem / disc design.
- Blow out proof stem.
- Energized RTFE seat.
- Pressure assisted, but not pressure dependent design.
- Adjustable PTFE packing.
- Dead end rating equal to nominal pressure rating.
- Carbon steel body.
- 316 stainless steel disc.
- 17-4 stainless steel stem.
- For use with hot water, chilled water, condenser water and steam.

Factory installed actuator model DS24-180 features:
- Spring return.
- 24 VAC or 24 VDC.
- On/Off.
- Electric stall detection.
- 3/8 inch conduit connection.

Bray’s MK Series High Performance Butterfly Valves are available in ANSI Class 150 and 300. Bray's high performance butterfly series is used in Building Automation, Temperature Controls, HVAC 2-Way and 3-Way Assemblies, Chilled Water, Hot Water, Steam, and Special Applications. The Bray/McCannalok MK Series high performance butterfly valves set the quality and design standard by which all other high performance valves are measured. The MK Series is ideally suited to high pressure, high temperature, and high cycle HVAC applications as well as mission critical HVAC applications.

Available in ANSI Class 150 ratings, both 2-way and 3-way, and ANSI Class 300 ratings in 2-way configurations, Bray’s MK Series valves are provided with a wide variety of direct mount Bray electric and pneumatic actuators and accessories. All valves are tested for bubble-tight closeoff to API 598 standards at maximum rated differential pressure.
